• To provide call answering, transcription, and follow-up services
• To send SMS follow-up messages (only to callers who verbally consent)
• To improve our AI receptionist quality and accuracy
• To communicate with you about your inquiry or project

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., Twilio for SMS/voice, VAPI for AI processing, cloud hosting providers), solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. SMS Messaging Consent

We send SMS messages only to individuals who verbally consent during a phone call with our AI receptionist. Consent is not a condition of using our phone service — callers may decline SMS follow-up and still receive call assistance.

• Message type: Transactional — call summaries and follow-up reminders
• Frequency: Up to 3 messages per month per caller
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately.

5. Data Retention

Call recordings, transcriptions, and SMS logs are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
