SMS Compliance & Opt-In Flow

Opt-In Method: Verbal Consent
LilyOnCall collects SMS consent verbally during inbound phone calls. When a caller speaks with our AI receptionist (Lily), consent is requested at the end of the conversation — never as a requirement of the call.
Verbal Consent Script:
“Would it be okay if I send you a quick text with your next steps? You'll receive up to 3 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.”
The caller must verbally respond with “yes” or a similar affirmative response before any SMS is sent. If the caller declines or does not respond, no text message is sent. Consent is collected fresh on each call.
