LilyOnCall ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered receptionist service operated by Witchcraftery. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
LilyOnCall provides AI-powered call answering, lead qualification, message taking, and SMS follow-up for inbound callers. Our service includes:
- Automated phone answering via AI receptionist ("Lily")
- Call transcription and summarization
- SMS follow-up messages to callers who verbally consent during a call
- Dashboard for call management and lead tracking
3. SMS Messaging
We send SMS messages only to individuals who have verbally consented during a phone call with our AI receptionist. Messages are transactional in nature — call summaries, follow-up reminders, and next steps related to the specific conversation.
- Message type: Transactional — call summaries and follow-up reminders
- Frequency: Up to 3 messages per month per caller
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately.

4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to us. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
LilyOnCall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed calls, undelivered messages, or any damages arising from the use of our service. Our AI receptionist may occasionally produce inaccurate transcriptions or summaries.
6. Privacy
We handle call data, transcriptions, and contact information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
